ONLINE TRAINING

Your personalized 1:1 training tailored to your at-home experience.What to expect:Strength training designed to ensure consistent progress.Sessions are held live online.

APP BASED TRAINING

Training in the palm of your hand for the ultimate flexibility. Choose between two options:

  1. App-Based Training: Train 2-3 times a week with customized workouts delivered via my Everfit app. in 12-week blocks. Ongoing support with messaging and regular check-ins to keep you on track. This option is ideal if you want a flexible, self-paced approach while still having expert programming and accountability.

  2. Accountability Track: One live session per month for 1:1 guidance, and one weekly workout in my Everfit app, complete with customized programming and progress tracking. This option provides a consistent rhythm of accountability while giving you flexibility and personalized support.

With two decades of experience in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, I’ve transitioned from a traditional yoga teacher to a strength coach and movement trainer. My journey began when burnout and chronic aches made me realize that yoga alone wasn’t enough to support a strong, resilient body. The rigid focus on flexibility and alignment didn’t match the practical, sustainable approach I wanted to create.Today, I specialize in functional strength and mobility training for real life, blending the best of yoga with strength principles to help individuals—especially women—move better, feel stronger, and stay resilient in daily life.My signature program, Calm + Strong, reflects this philosophy. It prioritizes movement that matters—squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, and moving with confidence—so clients gain strength that translates directly to everyday activities, workouts, and long-term health. Squat, hinge, push, pull, play!I have dedicated my life to being a mover. I bring over 20 years of teaching experience across movement and fitness disciplines. My study of multiple movement-based arts informs the practical, results-driven approach I bring to every session.
